It's looking like March

I called Assemblyman Gaines office and spoke with a very helpful staffer. By the time of my last post they had not yet received a reply from the SWRCB to their request for an update. They followed up the matter and had the answer by the time that I called. The new plan is to present a draft to the SWRCB in March and the information released to the public soon after. Once again I would like to thank Assemblyman Gaines office for staying on top of the regulatory process.

  1. Thank you for keeping up on this topic. We live near Pine Flat Lake and if they deem that the septic systems here must be upgraded, our landlord will likely close the park, rendering our home worthless. I guess we'd have to go back to Arizona... but I need insurance which I have through my job, and I can't afford to lose the entire value of my house. Just leave us alone!!!
